Beyond clinical practice, Randi is committed to ongoing education and research in functional medicine. She is also involved in mentoring new practitioners and community outreach programs, providing education on preventive health and wellness strategies.

In her free time, Randi enjoys swimming, hiking, and going to concerts, and most of all spending time with her husband and son. She believes in the importance of balancing professional dedication with personal well-being to effectively support patients in their health journeys.

Katie Krilanovich has spent the last 13 years of her professional career in tech, managing a team of network and production engineers designing physical attributes for Data Center Networks. Prior to that, Katie was in the US Air Force for 6 years, a veteran of foreign wars, serving as Battle Captain in Baghdad, Iraq, from '06-'07. Katie has a degree in Mathematics from Santa Clara University '02 & a master’s in electrical engineering from Colorado Technical University '04. Katie, a native of California, has resided in Nashville for over 8 years with her husband of 14 years, and 3 children (2 boys & 1 girl).

Katie became passionate about functional medicine/holistic care in the last several years. She had to personally address hormone changes that came along with age and three pregnancies. Katie was seeking medical choices outside of traditional care which led her to discover a better alternative where she could restore, repair, & rebuild her health.  

Katie, wanting to pay it forward, decided to invest in a domain that she believes in, that improves the overall wellness and health of people facing the same challenges.  It was an easy decision to partner with Randi and become co-founder of Santé. This venture will allow for hormone therapy to be readily available in the greater Nashville area, offering relaxed environment and collaborative approach to your health.

I moved from Maryland to Los Angeles, where I worked in medical aesthetics for several years, honing my skills and understanding of how beauty and health intersect. During this time, I developed a deep passion for helping people feel their best, both physically and emotionally. However, after several years, I felt a strong desire to expand my knowledge and approach to wellness. This led to my transition to Nashville, where I became involved in functional medicine—a field that focuses on treating the root causes of health issues rather than just addressing symptoms. This shift has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to combine my background in aesthetics with a more holistic approach to health.
